Outstanding experience, overall! I have called Castillo Works several times and have always found time to fit me in the same day I called. Most recently, they came out to change my leaking water heater the same day. Amazing work as always from these guys! We have used this company 2X before and Art is always quick and efficient with diagnosing, quoting and repairing the problems we run into. He’s done a water heater change & fixed leaking pipes for us. They arrive quickly and are very informative on what’s going on with the diagnosis. I sent a photo of the parts and he responded with a quote and sent 2 of his staff to work on it ASAP. I worked with Gregg who gave me fair priced quotes for the work done and to be done. He was very communicative and responsive with the requests. He also took a look at water pressure and saw that it's lower than it should be and that the regulator needed replacing. I'm glad I had him come to the house. UPDATED REVIEW 8/11/2023:
Found water covering my garage floor, which was the result of a hot water heater leak. Contacted Ely that evening after turning off the gas and water.
